lyrics

FALLING OUT OF VIEW

It’s hitting this target out of the woods
I’ll find you
Another version of myself without it
It is blurry
It looks furry from moving fast
How to decipher it running from the past
I’m falling, falling out of view
It takes the hit and falls out of shock while the body heat rises up
But it’s half expected
Calloused from tactics trailing from the shot
It is wounded and assumed it may not survive
It will surprise them when this feeling screams
“Alive!”
I’m falling, falling out of view
Compass is spinning during magic hour, pale light
The hunt is tired camo.
Fading from neon to night
I feel my essence wearing down the paths
Am I fluorescent?
Or am I stuck in the patterns?
View
View
I’m falling, falling out of view…
